This is a key role in the future of VR games and entertainment, with a growing team dedicated to exploring the cutting edge of where music and interaction come together. Joining us, you will be responsible for diving deep into innovative game systems and engaging mechanics, building prototypes with our engineers and finding the fun in everything we do for our incredible player base.
Beat Games is an award-winning game studio based in Prague, Czech Republic. Their first VR game title, Beat Saber, became a global success selling more than 4 million copies and 40 million songs since launch and continues to collaborate with some of the biggest artists in the music industry.
Qualifications(岗位要求)
Comfortable reviewing and providing constructive feedback on design elements
Proven track record of creative gameplay systems and/or feature design
4+ years of professional game design experience at senior / lead level
Assist in the creation and implementation of design driven tools
Ability to deconstruct and communicate design concepts for feature teams

Concept engaging gameplay mechanics to expand the world of Beat Saber
Break down systems and features into accessible, functional design for implementation
Take ownership of design ideas and champion them to completion with our teams
Maintain a backbone of well structured supporting design documentation
Connect the world of music and gameplay together in engaging ways for our community
Work with analytics team to support design decisions and test hypotheses
Additional Requirements(额外要求)
VR or mobile game development experience a plus
Design mentorship, training and/or presentation skills
Hands on practical prototype experience with Unity (and/or other game engines)
