Qualifications(岗位要求)
Employer will accept a Master’s degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Engineering, Applied Sciences, Mathematics, Physics or related field and 2 years of work experience in job offered or in a computer-related occupation. Experience must include 12 months of experience in the following:
CPU, GPU, ISPs, Caches, Interconnect, IO Subsystems, Compression, or DRAM controllers
Experience developing cycle-accurate performance models in C++/System-C
Experience working with architecture, microarchitecture, design or verification
Experience with thermally constrained performance optimization on mobile devices
Operating in cross-functional environments with hands-on problem solving
Experience applying Machine Learning techniques for PPA optimization
Perf/watt optimization
Description(岗位职责)
Deliver Meta's vision through Virtual Reality (VR) and Augmented Reality (AR)
The compute performance and power efficiency requirements of Virtual and Augmented Reality require custom silicon
Meta Silicon team is driving the state-of-the-art forward with breakthrough work in computer vision, machine learning, mixed reality, graphics, displays, sensors, and new ways to map the human body
Our chips will enable AR & VR devices where our real and virtual world will mix and match throughout the day
Focus on one or more aspects of chip design and architecture in the areas of CPU, GPU, interconnect, IO subsystems, Compression, DRAM controllers, and Security
Oversee the architecture definition and specification of a chip subsystem or entire SoC
Drive concepts into a prototypes and ultimately guide the transition into a high-volume consumer products
