As a member of the Software Products Legal group, you’ll be part of a hands-on legal team dedicated to supporting key Apple product groups and you will work closely and collaborate together with Apple’s engineering, marketing and operations teams to help create and introduce new Apple products to the world.
Qualifications（岗位要求）
5+ years of relevant legal experience advising and working on software product and technology-related issues
Well versed in reviewing, structuring, negotiating, and drafting technology agreements, including in-bound/out-bound licensing, development, and services agreements
Experienced negotiator with strong business sense and creative problem solving skills
Excellent communication skills with the ability to analyze complex novel legal problems and drive to resolution by coming up with practical solutions that satisfy multiple stakeholders
Enjoys building strong client relationships and collaborating with cross-functional teams at all levels – engineers, senior management, execs, and external partners alike
Experience with operating systems, product safety, and privacy issues a plus
Best suited for an independent self-starter who is curious, proactive, loves technology and thrives in a fast paced, dynamic, and team-oriented environment
In-house experienced preferred but not required
Some travel may be required
Description（岗位职责）
In this role, you will be responsible for supporting and advising Apple’s engineering, product marketing and operations teams on a wide variety of matters related to Apple products, including feature/technology development, licensing, intellectual property issues, data privacy, and regulatory considerations. You will structure, draft and negotiate complex software and technology licenses, development agreements, and other commercial agreements as well as advise internal clients on day-to-day technology-related legal matters. You will also advise Apple management on risk allocation/mitigation involving new/ novel legal issues, business strategies, and policies, and collaborate with a broader legal team supporting Apple products and services.
