At Reality Labs, our mission is to give people the tools to feel connected anytime, anywhere. We are looking for an experienced Manager supporting a Technical Program Management (TPM) team. The TPM Manager will collaborate with Product, Engineering, and/or Technical Art teams on strategy and goals, owning end-to-end execution of launches in coordination with project stakeholders across the company. The ideal candidate is passionate about leadership, excited to distill clarity from ambiguity, energized about enabling high-quality user experiences, and enjoys working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Qualifications（岗位要求）
B.S. in Computer Science or a related technical discipline, or equivalent experience.
6+ years of experience in technical program management or equivalent.
4+ years of experience in managing people, growing teams, and developing a team culture
4+ years experience operating autonomously across multiple teams, demonstrated critical thinking, and thought leadership.
Description（岗位职责）
Support the team, providing performance reviews, continual feedback, coaching and career growth
Turn requirements into actionable plans that drive clarity, urgency, and alignment
Develop and manage cross-functional programs, facilitating relationships across multiple teams to identify constraints, dependencies, and risks, and proactively drive resolution.
Drive visibility, accountability, and execution, communicating updates with exec-level visibility, breaking through deadlocks and maintaining clarity on priorities
Drive technical excellence within the team, coordinating and contributing to engineering deliverables including architectural diagrams, specifications, launch criteria, and test plans
Work cross-functionally to develop best practices and product development processes in a quickly-changing and dynamic environment
Empower efficient decision making and insights through data.
Additional Requirements（额外要求）
Excellent communicator who can translate high-level goals into tangible action plans, and vice-versa, expertly communicating with technical and non-technical stakeholders with a focus on relationship building and collaboration.
Proven track record launching 0-to-1 consumer products.
Demonstrated ability to bring clarity to the team across highly ambiguous, complex products and programs, with strong ability to make technical and product tradeoffs balancing business needs and technical constraints.
