Qualifications(岗位要求)
5+ years of project management experience - including leadership, task tracking, dependency management and cross-group collaboration experience
Bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent experience
Technical experience in full life cycle development of hardware or software including design, integration, and test
Communication/presentation experience through all levels of the organization, technical and non-technical
Experience in systems engineering processes and development lifecycle - requirements development, system design, build, verification and validation, deployment, retirement
Experience in working with cross-functional teams
Description(岗位职责)
Accountable for driving completion of new data collection and live telepresence systems and technologies - includes completion of system integration, verification and validation and deployment
Collect system level requirements and drive the derivation of sub-system level requirements for new head-mounted and motion-capture systems and software platforms
Drive integration of changes into existing operations and systems - understand the impact of change, create plan for system integration, verification and validation
Engage with partners and cross-functional teams to identify constraints, dependencies, and coordination areas, to deliver features at high quality
Partner with engineers, across multiple disciplines, on issue review and prioritization process - drive releases with corrective actions through engineering squads
Build out tasks, timelines, and project management structures. Work with cross-discipline teams to set milestones, communicate project statuses, and identify/address potential setbacks
Set and maintain expectations
Ensure the team has a unified clear vision, understand goals, and expectations of progress
Keep partners and stakeholders informed and involved - Represent your program at a deep level throughout the org, build the appropriate communication channels both within and outside the team
Responsible for the rules of reality - Ensure work is adequately resourced and scoped
Effectively escalate or resolve resourcing issues to accomplish the team's mission
Communicate program status to key cross functional stakeholders and leadership
Travel up to 25% of the time
Additional Requirements(额外要求)
7+ years of project management experience
System design and verification/validation planning experience with one or more subsystems or disciplines (e.g., Electrical, Mechanical, Software, Firmware, etc.)
Experience with software development lifecycle including production software CI/CD
Experience working in Agile methodologies
Experience taking a system from concept to deployment
Familiarity of computer and networking architectures
Experience with sensing systems which include cameras, depth sensors, IMUs, microphones, etc.
