The Maps Display team is looking for innovative and creative software engineers to help drive breakthrough developments in interactive computer graphics. We are looking for team-members who are curious about rendering, graphics, and performance and can demonstrate their existing experience in algorithms and engineering best practices to help us develop a next-generation graphics engine.

Qualifications(岗位要求)
High proficiency in C or C++
5+ years of production level experience reliably delivering solutions
Excellent problem-solving skills and verbal and written communication
Interested in driving graphics and rendering technologies forward
Validated foundation in Computer Science fundamentals

We are the Maps team that is responsible for developing the industry-leading 3D experience for Apple Maps and our developers. We are looking for talented engineers who are passionate about building products for millions of customers around the World. As a member of our team, you will be working on ground-breaking technology to develop algorithms and techniques that provide a spectacular user-experience across a range of use-cases and applications. Together, we will craft the next generation graphics engine and work closely with our design team to deliver outstanding interactive graphics experiences.
Additional Requirements(额外要求)
While the following skills are not required, one or more of the below would be helpful in this role:
- Experience working with graphics engines like Unreal/Unity/In-house
- Experience with either DirectX/Vulkan/OpenGL/Metal
- Experience working on low-level performance profiling and optimizations
- Experience with rendering techniques on GPU/GPGPU
- Experience developing AR/VR products
