As Firmware Engineer on the Meta AR Product Firmware/Software Team you will work with industry-leading researchers and engineers to deliver cutting edge technologies and functionality for future Augmented Reality platforms. We’re looking for motivated engineers not only interested in experiencing the future of AR but inventing it!
Qualifications(岗位要求)
Currently has, or is in the process of obtaining a Bachelors or Masters degree Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science or related fields. Degree must be completed prior to joining Meta.
Must obtain work authorization in the country of employment at the time of hire and maintain ongoing work authorization during employment
Experience with C/C++ and Python
Experience with Linux
Description(岗位职责)
Work as a team to develop new end-to-end features and functionality for embedded systems including designs, unit tests, and documentation
Bring-up and debug hardware new devices and prototypes
Work with the team to identify tools and processes that could improve the deliveries from the broader team
Additional Requirements(额外要求)
Embedded Firmware experience including RTOS, external busses, timers, and minimal memory footprint.
Deep programming knowledge including multi-threading, interrupts, memory mapping, and optimization.
Experience with desktop tools including oscilloscopes and logic analyzers.
Experience with various interfaces such as I2C, SPI, PCIe, etc.
Experience with cameras and sensors.
Experience working and communicating cross-functionally in a team environment.
