Summary（岗位介绍）
Reality Labs (RL) is seeking a motivated, self-driven, and passionate Service Operations Engineer Intern in the Service Management and Operations (SMOG) team. The SMOG team has the responsibility for evaluating technologies and developing solutions that allow Facebook to support products delivered to the market at scale. The Service Operations Engineers focus on remanufacturing, service center setup and qualification, and being the interface between Facebook Engineering, Supply Chain, and Manufacturing teams.
Our internships are twelve (12) to sixteen (16) weeks long, and we have various start dates throughout the year.
Qualifications（岗位要求）
Currently has, or is in the process of obtaining, a Bachelors or Masters in Mechanical Engineering, or related field
Must obtain work authorization in country of employment at the time of hire, and maintain ongoing work authorization during employment
Hands-on laboratory or factory experience with mechanical hardware and debug
Experience on tooling design and process engineering
Knowledge in using CAD systems
Interpersonal skills: cross-group and cross-culture collaboration
Description（岗位职责）
Conduct serviceability assessments including component usage analysis and cost analysis
Review manufacturing assembly process to establish repair / rework flow
Perform UPH planning for repair / rework line
Develop service center functional test tool requirements
Additional Requirements（额外要求）
Intent to return to degree-program after the completion of the internship/co-op
Knowledge of consumer electronics development stages
Passionate about technology and operations
