Meta AR/VR Job | Director of Marcom, Home & Work (Reality Labs)

As the Meta Reality Labs Marketing organization continues to grow, we’re looking for an experienced marketing leader who will be the internal and external marketing visionary for our portfolio of Home & Work products.
This leader will be responsible for leading a global team that positions our brands as the most innovative, accessible and social products for the metaverse, while driving the growth of those products through earned, owned, and paid media.
Our ideal candidate will have experience establishing strategic marketing plans, global team leadership, collaboration with product and sales leaders, and delivering results for iconic global brands. They must thrive within cross-functional teams, excel at building and managing relationships with internal partners and stakeholders, and exhibit organizational, communication and financial management leadership. They must be a flexible cross-functional manager comfortable with a fast-paced, often ambiguous, start-up environment.
This is a full-time position reporting to the Vice President of Marcom for Reality Labs.
15+ years of marketing experience
10+ years of people management experience, including experience managing other leaders
Experience in marketing strategy and execution in the consumer technology sector
Experience contributing at both strategic and operational levels
Experience driving innovative changes in operational processes
Experience influencing cross-company decision making through the lens of consumer behavior
Organization and people leadership with experience setting priorities, problem-solving, multitasking and working in a dynamic, rapidly changing environment
Lead the integrated marketing strategy and execution for a portfolio of products within the Meta Reality Labs group.
Drive category growth and product interest through innovative, full-funnel marketing programs that not only drive business growth, but contribute positive equity to the Meta brand.
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to align on vision, plans, and optimization efforts to achieve the goals.
Manage a team of integrated marketers, that lead the marketing efforts for individual products and segments within the portfolio.
Model inclusive behaviors and build a diverse organization that values, respects, and taps into different backgrounds and perspectives.
Partner with peers to continue to grow the culture of the Marcom team of one that is highly innovative with the lens to achieve results.
