Summary（岗位介绍）
We are looking for a skilled and motivated Electrical Engineering Manager to join our Electrical Engineering team, whose mission is to design, build, and test prototype electrical systems for future consumer VR and AR experiences. You will lead a team of engineers exploring new concepts through fast iterative prototyping. You will work cross-functionally with teams that will dynamically change depending on the problem and potentially include mechanical, firmware, software, and research experts. Your primary role will be split between supporting a small team of EE’s and providing technical leadership on one of many prototyping efforts. More broadly, the chosen candidate will work with a diverse and highly interdisciplinary team of researchers and engineers and will have access to cutting edge technology, resources, and testing facilities.
Qualifications（岗位要求）
5+ years of experience along with a BS in Digital System Design/Electrical Engineering or Computer Engineering, or equivalent experience.
3+ years experience managing a team of engineers.
Experience with schematic and board design using Cadence OrCAD, Altium, or equivalent.
Experience with use of oscilloscopes, high speed digital test equipment, logic analyzers, and function generators.
Experience working independently and managing priorities while demonstrating an aptitude for creative problem solving.
Description（岗位职责）
Lead Electrical Engineering activities in a cross-functional hardware team managing a wide variety of stakeholders while leading process definition.
Design schematics, complete board layouts, assembly, test, debugging, and integration of designs into electro-mechanical systems.
Incubating new technologies into research prototypes.
Lead Electrical Engineering activities and provide team guidance, regular feedback, education, coaching and mentoring.
Identify key roles required for team success and recruit top engineering talent.
Additional Requirements（额外要求）
Experience with input devices, health/medical devices, wearables, or devices with high levels of miniaturization
Experience in design of complex system architectures encompassing compute, EE, sensors, calibration, and firmware
Proven record leading cross functional teams to execute product development on schedule
Demonstrated experience bringing new technologies and product categories to market in a complex fast-paced environment
Experience leveraging technical and product development experience and strong cross-collaboration relationships to influence product direction
