Summary（岗位介绍）
As a member of the Display Design organization at Facebook Reality Labs, you will be responsible for managing a team developing and productizing the display engine that is at the core of delivering transformative experiences in Meta AR products. You will join an agile team that is laser-focused on incubating winning prototypes, establishing new process capabilities with supply-chain partners, and releasing product sub-systems that are fully hardened for high-volume manufacturing (HVM). We are seeking a Display Engineering Manager experienced with leading cross-functional hardware engineering teams to manage maturation, requirements, and respective risks to the display engine; and focused on execution while providing clear and effective communication to remove barriers across teams.
Qualifications（岗位要求）
BS in Engineering, Physics, Optics, Computer Science or equivalent work experience.
10+ years of experience in opto-mechanical integration and display system design.
5+ years experience growing and managing multi-disciplinary R&D Hardware teams.
Experience with multiple full life cycle product launches.
Description（岗位职责）
Grow and manage an energetic, diverse, and driven team comprised of optical, mechanical and photonics engineers.
Collaborate broadly across the organization to design, produce, qualify and deliver the display engine.
Lead the display engine system requirements definitions, flow down requirements to component level & resolve requirements discrepancies at the various levels.
Collaborate with strategic sourcing on supplier selection of system assembly and sub-components.
Lead and manage supplier engagement through engineering development and qualification.
Drive design verification, testing, and troubleshooting process to correlate with optical modeling and metrology, and between sub-system performance and system performance.
Additional Requirements（额外要求）
Experience with design/manufacturing of small form-factor sensing or imaging systems.
10+ years of experience in research or advanced optics development.
