Summary（岗位介绍）
Meta is hiring a Sustainability Program Manager on the Responsible Supply Chain (RSC) program. This position will be focused on managing social and environmental responsibility findings with suppliers and supporting RSC labor and health and safety programs across Meta’s supply chain. We are looking for candidates with experience implementing and managing responsible supply chain activities and working with suppliers and stakeholders in technology supply chains.
Qualifications（岗位要求）
First level university degree in business management, natural sciences, law, or similar
At least four to six years’ work experience and subject matter expertise in social compliance or supply chain labor, human rights, and health & safety
Strong program management skills with demonstrated ability to self-manage complex program delivery
Excellent oral and written communication skills with native fluency in English and Mandarin for cross functional collaboration to build bridges with many diverse and different teams. Mandarin is required because the role manages relationships with suppliers in China and communications are generally in Mandarin.
Proven ability to deliver results through personal leadership and influencing others
Demonstrated ability to understand and reconcile conflicting inputs and propose go-forward solutions that meet the needs of the overall group and the individuals
Strong sense of diplomacy
Demonstrated ability and willingness to learn
Ability to travel domestically & internationally (25-30%)
Description（岗位职责）
Examine through root cause analysis and manage supplier performance improvements against RSC standards
Contribute to improvement programs that support sustained high supplier performance
Support implementation of social and environmental responsibility programs and assurance activities at suppliers
Maintain positive, proactive relationships with key suppliers and stakeholders
Engage with sourcing (procurement), legal, business units and other cross-functional teams to align program objectives and manage key metrics
Provide day-to-day coordination for RSC activities or projects and effectively communicate status and priorities to team members and cross-functional partners
Assess opportunities, risks, and trends in priority sourcing countries
Contribute to internal and external reporting and communications
Represent Meta externally, as needed
Contribute to the RSC assurance program strategy and its implementation
Additional Requirements（额外要求）
Experience in supply chains, social responsibility, ethical sourcing field, including supplier on-site assessments and development
Experience with supply chain codes of conduct preferably in technology or electronics sector
An advanced degree in sustainability related field, human rights, environment, health and safety, corporate responsibility, or public policy
