Summary(岗位介绍)
As a Graphics Microarchitect at Meta, you will work with a world-class group of engineers creating breakthrough low-power graphics IPs for AR/VR systems. Your work will include hardware architecture of graphics IPs, identify and resolve complex technical problems to help the hardware design team in performance, power and area metrics (PPA). You will be designing and modeling graphics units while thinking continuously about design, verification and validation, user experience, security and privacy. We value excellent communication skills and strong cross-functional teamwork.
Qualifications(岗位要求)
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, relevant technical field, or equivalent practical experience
Experience in hardware architecture in the graphics or compute domains
5+ years of experience with RTL languages (Verilog, SystemVerilog)
Knowledge of GPU or CPU hardware architecture
Understanding of ASIC flow including design, verification, synthesis, validation
Understanding of performance, area and power constraints within a system
Effective problem-solving skills with attention to details
Effective communication and collaboration with cross-functional teams
Description(岗位职责)
Develop hardware architecture of Graphics IPs for design, verification and validation
Propose innovative solutions that can be realized in hardware with optimal PPA metrics and quality
Develop hardware architecture in shading and fixed-function graphics pipelines
Develop innovative rendering algorithms with good understanding of graphics APIs
Improve existing and emerging graphics IPs with good understanding of hardware design tradeoffs
Work closely with a cross-functional team spanning research, architects, logic design, verification, physical design, validation
Additional Requirements(额外要求)
Master or Ph.D. in EE, ECE, or related field
Knowledge of Graphics or Compute APIs
