Summary(岗位介绍)

Facebook Technologies is seeking a Logistics Analyst – Outbound to support the stabilization and continuous improvement of transactional processes of the MRL Planning, Trade, Logistics, and Fulfillment teams. This person will be an integral contributor to the strategic vision for scaling tools, supplier management, and cost improvement to support 10x growth over the next 2 years.

The Analyst understands the end-to-end logistics flows, helps to define the operational data infrastructure, manages order flow and execution on all outbound flows (Non-Rev, B2B, D2C), oversees data collection processes and business systems to standardize milestone reporting, vendor onboarding, and key metrics to bring continuous data driven improvement, operational excellence, and cost efficiency to the Supply Chain.

The role will be responsible for working with cross functional teams within Facebook Reality Labs Supply Chain, Finance, and IT on development, implementation, and continuous improvement of the global operational execution. This includes real-time tracking across all modes of transport to meet the demand of the growing FB FRL Supply chain and other dependent functions.

Qualifications(岗位要求)

3+ years of experience working in Supply Chain and/or Logistics

Intermediate Excel capabilities

Experience multitasking pivot based on dynamic priorities

Data driven, Customer/Stakeholder management skills

Comprehensive knowledge of Transportation modes, import/export documentation, sales terms, and sales channels

Description(岗位职责)

Global Outbound Logistics Operations:

On Time Delivery exception management ownership

Summarizing trends and major call-outs to team

Working with logistics partners to gather reason codes for late deliveries

Cost optimization:

Robust Freight Allowance analysis and guidance to Cross Functional stakeholders

Chargeback program management, including Analysis, Reporting, Validation and Continual Improvement

Be the key contact for stakeholders both internally and externally

Manage order exceptions and special requests

Vendor spend reporting and optimization

Project Management supporting multiple verticals including Outbound, Freight Audit, Inbound Destination, and Fulfillment

Additional Requirements(额外要求)

Bachelor’s degree or relevant work experience

Consumer Hardware Distribution experience

1+ years of experience managing suppliers/3PLs

1+ years of experience executing/supporting International shipments
