We’re looking for a thought leader and career Media Operations powerhouse to join our world-class in-house Media Team. The Reality Labs Global Media team (part of Meta Reality Labs’ Global Marketing Communications Organization) is in the process of scaling significantly as we continue to expand our marketing efforts across our product portfolio, and engage more meaningfully with both our internal and external partners.
The Global Media Measurement Lead will be part of the Global Media Team, and their remit will span all media across the Reality Labs portfolio. They will serve as a thought leader and be the main point of contact with both internal and external measurement counterparts. This person will represent our team across various work streams and will drive excellence and accountability across media tracking and measurement.
Our ideal candidate will excel in a fast-paced environment and be effective at establishing collaborative working relationships with various teams across disciplines and levels. The successful candidate must be an experienced, data-driven operations leader with media and marketing experience, who proactively identifies risks and opportunities to improve and drive efficiencies in the team. They will have the proven ability to build, support, and inspire a high-performing team to do the best work of their careers.
10+ years of experience in media and media operations
3+ years of demonstrated people leadership and experience coaching and developing team members
Experience working in cross functional and complex organizations, collaborating with creative, research, measurement and marketing channels counterparts, where influence as well as direct responsibility matter in equal measure
Experience prioritizing and ensuring key initiatives move forward, managing multiple priorities at the same time, and working with many different internal and external teams
Experience utilizing data and analytics to influence, define and drive short and long term goals
Experience thriving in a fast-past environment with agility
Hands-on experience with deploying project and program management techniques and tools
Set the vision for Reality Labs Global Media Operations
Develop the cadence for annual planning by working with marketing timelines across the organization and partnering closely with the broader Product Operations team, ensuring consistency and cross-organizational alignment
Partner with Reality Labs Global Media leadership counterparts to facilitate team communications, offsites, and ways of working cross-functionally, clearly communicating and escalating issues related to staying on schedule and synthesizing data to provide roll-ups and presentations of work as needed
Lead cross-functional relationships on behalf of Global Media Team with Sourcing, Finance, Legal and Privacy Teams
Lead a strong team of subject-matter experts across areas of Media Measurement, General Media Operations, Systems, Tools and Tech
Establish self as a thought-leader internally and across the industry through partnership with Agency counterparts and participation in industry organizations and events
Comfortable with ambiguity and have experience working in fast-paced/dynamic environments
