Meta’s RL organization brings together world-class experts to develop and ship groundbreaking products at the intersection of hardware, software, and platform.
Technical Operations team has the responsibility for evaluating technologies and identifying supply chain solutions that allow RL Org to deliver products to market at scale. Manufacturing Test Engineer will drive the development and deployment of hardware test systems with manufacturing partners and third-party integrators. You will be heavily involved in in bringing up, troubleshooting, and qualifying test equipment and automation systems. You will help define overall product test strategy, evaluate test equipment and qualification processes, and lead and facilitate integration of test systems into our existing data tracking networks and factory control systems. You will be designing and documenting new manufacturing equipment with standardization and reliability as a priority and creating test plans for validating existing equipment.
The ideal candidate is a self-driven individual working in a cross functional team environment and will be responsible for planning the design, development, and implementation of factory test systems. You will enforce manufacturability, testability and ensure cost-effective designs are implemented for testing and automation systems, software, and equipment. This position will have responsibilities for NPI test development and sustaining support of production released test and automation systems.
You must be responsive, flexible and able to succeed within an open collaborative peer environment. We are looking for someone with a productive mindset who can apply his/her expertise to solve problems in creative, insightful ways.
This position is full-time and based in China (Shanghai or Shenzhen).
Qualifications（岗位要求）
BS or MS degree in Computer Science or related field
3+ years of experience of web development
Good communication, leadership and resource management skills
language and respective backend frameworks
Familiar with frontend languages, and frontend development like validation, responsiveness, and user experience. Experience at least one front-end framework
Understanding of database structure, algorithms, and processes, familiar with database management and design
Familiar with web application deployment and optimization on cloud server
Ability to fast adapt to new technology, concept, approaches, and environment, with a learning attitude and improvement mindset. Self driven for problem-solving.
Description（岗位职责）
Full stack web developer to support manufacturing excellence
Design overall architecture of web application
Design and develop front and back end of web application
Deploy and maintain web application on cloud server
Collaborate with engineering team to design and launch new web features
Additional Requirements（额外要求）
Ability to design and develop architecture with good scalability(concurrent and database)
Expertise in Python and its backend frameworks (Flask, Django)
Familiar with info security, performance, optimization
Can-do attitude with the ability to drive results, motivate and collaborate with xfn teams to close issues in a timely manner
Ability to be in a leadership position and achieve results with minimal supervision
Travel required: up to 30% domestically or internationally combined.
