The Reality Labs group brings together world-class experts to develop and ship groundbreaking products at the intersection of hardware, software and content. We are building tools and experiences that make people feel closer together in Augmented Reality (AR) and Virtual Reality (VR).
The Reality Labs Creative Production team handles all creative asset executions, either directly or by managing external agencies to help achieve scale. The focus of this role is work for digital surfaces, yet the work can also touch Filmed Content, Art Content, Social, CRM, and support for third party retailers.
We are looking for an Integrated Digital Producer. This hire will drive the development and execution of always-on ideas that leverage the full creative potential of our platforms and other paid media surfaces, for a global audience at scale.
Qualifications(岗位要求)
7+ years digital production experience
Experience producing programmatic and performance campaigns, versioned and localized for various regions
Experience working closely with designers, copywriters, developers, and external vendors to launch high quality campaigns on digital surfaces
Expert drafting SOWs, dealing with business affairs managers, legal teams, and policy teams on issues such as content licensing and partner management

Work closely with Marcom Managers or Program Managers to bid, award, and execute best-in-class, always-on performance marketing
Work closely with program management and marketers to secure alignment and reach campaign acquisition, engagement, conversion, and testing goals
Set detailed and rigorous project schedules for work done by specialized creative teams, both internal and/or external partners
Traffic and deliver assets including on-platform/social media formats including stills, animation and live action video
Push on innovation within formats to create breakthrough, optimized creative work
Understand how performance marketing fits within the overall customer journey, and use that knowledge to shape the work and advise the team and cross-functional partners
Remove roadblocks for the team working to achieve the strongest marketing performance and the best audience experience
Understand post-production and adaptation work, to be able to scale and optimize existing content to Meta on-platform surfaces

Experience working on owned channels, brand-side
Experience with consumer electronics products
Experience with gaming, music, or entertainment brands and partnerships
Interest in working with metaverse-related hardware, future computing platforms, and social experiences
Experience working with Product Marketing
Experience in experimentation, a/b testing, analyzing data sets, and interpreting them to make business decisions
