This is an Integrated Program Manager role on the Reality Labs Marcom team. The person in this role will be responsible for delivering our global brand marketing for VR. It is an end-to-end role that takes on the operational duties for all activity driving our business and creative objectives, up to and including a liaison role with our various agency partners.
8+ years client-facing experience working in a creative agency, production studio and/or product marketing (digital services, software or hardware) company.
Direct experience working on multiple marketing channels in an “end-to-end” capacity (from concepting to production to editorial to finishing and delivery) across several international markets. These channels may include but are not limited to: live action content, animation, programmatic digital, paid and organic social, influencer, brand design, OOH and DOOH, experiential, web and/or CRM.
Experience working as a cross-functional manager within a fast-paced, often ambiguous, start-up environment that involves setting priorities, problem-solving, managing people (directly and indirectly), multi-tasking, negotiations and trade-off scenarios.
Create strong partnerships with Integrated Marketers, International Marketers, Channel Leads, Product Marketing Managers, internal creative teams and external agencies.
Partner with the Quest Marketer and Channel leads for day-to-day creative needs at a project level.
Orchestrate how creative projects fit within the wider business portfolio through the lens of objectives, impact, risks and resources.
Prioritize competing needs with good reasoning and viable solutions across multiple teams and projects.
Build and optimize systems, tools and standards that improve creative production within the organization.
Coordinate the wider team to ensure successful communication and delivery of various marketing launches.
In partnership with Integrated and International Marketers, manage agency relationships for large scale integrated creative campaigns.
In partnership with Channel Leads, manage the development of always-on programs that exist outside of a campaign framework.
Manage workflow for inbound and outbound projects, integrated production budgets and approvals, requirements for strategic sourcing and procurement, and the development of high-quality assets, often with tight deadlines.
Develop a deep understanding of where projects fit within the portfolio, how to prioritize competing needs with good reasoning and creative solutions, and coordinate resources across multiple projects and teams.
Maintain brand integrity across all project deliverables, working closely within Design, Legal and Product guidance.
Mobilize the team towards forward progress, action, and results by anticipating needs and removing obstacles.
Will report to an Integrated Program Manager, who acts in a lead supervisory capacity across multiple programs.
10+ years client-facing experience within a creative agency, large production studio and/or product marketing (digital services, software or hardware) company.
Direct experience working on multiple marketing channels in an “end-to-end” capacity (from concepting to production to editorial to finishing and delivery) across several international markets. These channels may include but are not limited to: print, events, media integration and/or eCommerce.
Experience working with a large, global tech company.
