We are looking for a driven Algorithms Incubation Researcher with experience in machine learning and computer vision. In this role, you will start with a challenging problem we would like to solve for our upcoming products, research it in depth, design algorithms to solve the problem, specify the resources (hardware, software, data) that are required to develop, train, and test those algorithms, and identify and bring together the cross-functional partners needed to take your algorithms from an idea to high-quality production algorithms. To succeed within this role, you should have shown experience in several of the following areas:
Qualifications（岗位要求）
Strong experience in the design of (3D) computer vision and machine learning algorithms
Strong experience in requirement specification of machine learning datasets
Strong experience in the design of methodologies to collect machine learning datasets
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Excellent problem solving and analytical thinking skills
Track record of creativity and innovation
Experience with deep learning frameworks like PyTorch or TensorFlow
Experience developing software prototypes in Python and/or C++
Bonus for experience with Augmented Reality
Bonus for experience in 3D graphics or rendering
Description（岗位职责）
You’ll be working in a team of computer vision and deep learning researchers and engineers to incubate the development of world class algorithms that push the state of the art. Your goal is to champion the most impactful algorithms from an idea to proof of concept prototypes and a plan on how to further scale and bring it to production.
YOUR JOB RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:
– Designing computer vision and machine learning algorithms to enable critical user experiences for next-level Augmented Reality
– Identifying and specifying the hardware, software, datasets, infrastructure, and other resources required to prototype and develop those algorithms from scratch
– Engaging with cross-functional partners to gather the expertise and resources needed to incubate your work from an idea to high-quality production algorithms
– Cooperating with your team members to prepare presentations, papers, and talks to explain your work and innovations
