Qualifications（岗位要求）
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering field.
5+ years of experience in developing custom optical metrology tool development either as an engineer, engineering manager or technical project manager.
Working knowledge of optical engineering, mechatronics and machine control software.
Communication and influencing skills at all levels of the organization and across technical and non-technical teams.
Track record of organizational experience, operating independently, problem-solving, demonstrating creativity, being detail-oriented, and delivering results in a highly organized manner.
Knowledge of program and issue tracking.
Track record of effectiveness in gathering buy-in, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and evaluating requirements across diverse stakeholders and creating an agreement on product execution.
Description（岗位职责）
Coordinate the definition, development, and deployment of metrology tools for AR/VR systems at Meta.
Work with a cross-functional team of System, ME, EE, FW, SW and Computer Vision engineers to set milestones, create integration plans and identify/address potential setbacks, enabling the definition and execution of programs.
Develop schedules, identify critical paths and bottlenecks and maintain execution throughout the duration of programs.
Manage communication within and between internal engineering and external teams.
Effectively communicate program status, identify potential risks and setbacks, and develop mitigation strategies.
Work cross-functionally to develop best practices and technology development processes in a quickly-changing and dynamic environment to ensure on time delivery.
Ensure team deliverables are in sync with the overall program deliverables and schedule.
Interact with test equipment vendors as needed to ensure on-time deliveries.
Coordinate with factories regarding the delivery and installation of the tools to support technology and production builds.
Up to 25% travel.
