Realty Labs (RL) gives people the power to build community and connect with the ones they love most. Our wireless team is seeking a RF Validation Engineer to create our next generation products. In this role, you will be part of the wireless team to develop state-of-the-art wireless solutions.
Qualifications（岗位要求）
BSEE or MSEE in Electrical/Electronic engineering with 3+ years of wireless validation experience.
Knowledge of RF measurement techniques and RF test setups.
Experience with the use of common laboratory bench equipment (VNA, Signal Analyzer, Spectrum Analyzer, Digital Oscilloscopes, Load Pull Systems, etc.).
Experienced with both conducted and over-the-air wireless measurements.
Experienced in developing test plans, test procedures and compliance matrices.
Experience in analyzing logs and debug issues during the validation phase.
Experience with cross functional team collaboration and communication.
Description（岗位职责）
Interface with system, design, product engineers to create test plans, test procedures and compliance matrices.
Setup test systems and develop automated test programs.
Plan and track validation tasks.
Evaluate, test and validate device RF performance across various test conditions.
Debug and analyze issues found during validation phase.
Create debug and characterization reports and present data in a clear and concise manner.
Perform power and noise matching, board level debug and soldering.
Evaluate and compare equipment, measurement systems from different vendors.
Perform board level RF design/debug with circuit simulator and/or EM tools.
Work with IC vendors to bring up their Evaluation Kits. Evaluate vendors RF solutions and prepare comparison reports.
Additional Requirements（额外要求）
Experience with RF concepts such as power and noise matching, Smith charts, coupling, supply isolation, de-sense, power supply rejection and transmission lines.
Knowledge of common certifications and compliance requirement for consumer electronic devices (e.g. FCC).
Knowledge of wireless standards and experience in testing RF performance of wireless systems (e.g. Cellular, Wi-Fi, BT, GNSS, UWB, NFC).
Experience with scripting language (e.g. Python) and data visualization software.
Experience with circuit simulation tools (e.g. ADS) and EM tools (e.g. HFSS).
Experience with PCB design and layout tools (e.g. Allegro).
