The Reality Labs Sales team at Meta is looking for a Sales Operations Manager to build capability and support our growth by managing critical ongoing sales processes as part of the rhythm of business and deploying new tools and processes.

This role reports into the Global Sales Operations team and works closely with sales and channel marketing team leads in North America.

The successful candidate will have experience in managing sales operations in a growth environment, passionate about solving problems, building new processes and helping external partners and internal teams grow the business.


A problem solver with a track record of driving sales performance and efficiency improvements across teams during period of growth

Track record of creating new tools and processes to improve sales efficiency

Experience to work independently in an unstructured environment and little guidance

Experience in channel and partner management operations

B.S. or M.S. in business-related or quantitative field

Willingness to clearly communicate, work across cultures, influence stakeholders without authority

Experience in working with Excel or similar business intelligence tools to perform quantitative analysis

Solid project or program management experience


Manage rhythm of business deliverables from regional to global teams

Manage core rhythm of business deliverables and core planning processes in North America region across channels

Work with local and global sales, channel marketing and finance teams to track partner performance and support the execution of partner compensation schemes

Work with local and global team on tools & processes optimization to achieve business predictability and sales productivity

Proactively identify improvement opportunities for existing processes and implement changes that drive efficiency

Represent regional needs in global sales capability development projects

Support regional leaders in partner enablement activities

Additional Requirements(额外要求)

5+ years of experience in business strategy, finance, sales planning or process optimization

Experience in leading collaboration between global and regional teams to create shared tools and processes

Vision for operating at scale in sales operations in a complex environment

Experience with business intelligence and visualization systems (e.g. Tableau or similar)

Experience in consumer electronics or hardware business
