As we scale our hardware lineup to make our augmented and virtual reality technology ubiquitous, logistics will continue to be important to Meta’s future.

As a Technical Project Manager for the RL Device Logistics team, you will focus on transforming our secure logistics operations and building vertically integrated software tools to enable talented engineers from different parts of the world to have instant access to our IP hardware in a highly secure way.

Flexibility to travel to vendor sites and other Meta locations when required.


Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain, Business, MIS (Management Information Systems) or relevant field

4+ years working in supply chain, logistics, distribution, or similar field

3+ years working in a cross functional role

2+ years experience in gathering business requirements and translating to product specifications to build and roll out ERP systems like TMS or WMS modules

Ability to develop, implement, manage and communicate KPIs/metrics

Advanced Microsoft office skills

Problem solving skills

Communication skills with a focus on detail


Managing warehouses storing high security intellectual property by following and improving security protocol

Implementing inventory control processes and systems

Work with cross functional stakeholders to enable white glove distribution to internal and external users

Management of internal assets and drivers

Leading a growing team of contractors and vendors

Planning out launch of new products and execute roll out of different stages of the product lifecycle

Conduct business requirements analysis and research, applying structured critical thinking to prioritize business problems and possible process and technology solutions

Support analytical projects and data visualizations

demonstrate a data-driven approach to driving and overseeing new feature/tooling development

Conduct detailed investigations on reported bugs, verifying steps to reproduce and validating fixes across different software environments

Write development tickets, conduct user acceptance testing, define scenarios and contribute to release notes/roll out and broader communications

Industry background in consumer electronics

Security/IP background or exposure

SQL knowledge

Worked as a product manager to structure supply chain business problems, and collaborated with product designers to build software wireframes and prototypes to gather user feedback.

Demonstrated focus or experience in computer science, supply chain, logistics, mathematics, or operations
