Summary（岗位介绍）
As a Producer at Oculus, you’ll play a critical role in building the future of virtual reality content, entertainment, and applications. You’ll engage, support, and serve as the primary manager between Oculus and key developers and content partners. The ideal candidate has both game development experience and experience managing third party developers.
Qualifications（岗位要求）
5+ years of experience working in product marketing, product management, management consulting, product strategy, or equivalent function (partnered with product management and engineering on strategy, planning, and go-to-market)
Experience shipping products and/or ushering clients through product and platform launches
Experience partnering with and managing outside vendors
Experience collaborating cross-functionally and building consensus among multiple stakeholders in an entrepreneurial, high-expectation environment
Description（岗位职责）
Own end-to-end projects and work closely with developers to plan, execute and launch key initiatives
Manage all milestones and deliverables ensuring they are on time and at a high quality
Contribute to Worldwide Studios overall content strategy
Work closely with product and marketing to drive content growth and OKRs
Additional Requirements（额外要求）
Experience contributing in setting strategic direction and execution
Game development experience a plus
VR development experience
Experience thriving in a fast-paced environment, juggling projects and developers
Communication and presentation skills
