Working with the Mixed Reality Strategy and Operations group you will be part of a centralized team that helps ensure Mixed Reality products and tools meet all our Microsoft and product specific security and compliance requirements. We are looking for a highly motivated, mission-driven program manager to help develop compliance tools, create reporting automations, and drive compliance of all of our services and products within the Mixed Reality portfolio. The Compliance Tooling PM needs to be a leader that can create and operationalize policies which maintain legal compliance and proper handling of our data while ensuring the internal teams are hyper efficient when using them.
Qualifications（岗位要求）
Required
- Must be U.S. Persons to meet government screening requirements
- 3+ years experience in program management in Governance, Risk, and Compliance
- 3+ years experience working with data visualization and reporting
- 3+ years hands-on experience developing systems and processes around compliance tools (i.e. Azure DevOps, ServiceNow GRC)
- Direct experience with tools such as Azure DevOps, ServiceNowGRC, PowerApps, LogicApps, PowerBI, and Microsoft Office Suite.
Preferred Qualifications
- Proven technical writing skills to draft and publish documentation for Governance, Risk, and Compliance team
- Proven communication skills and ability to understand the value and drivers behind adjusting style and tone for a given audience, including technical and non-technical peers across the company
- Proven ability to work through ambiguity and drive to help inform and educate others on physical security and sensitive asset management
- Have strong planning, organizational, time management and judgement skills
- Confident and skilled in preparing and delivering presentations and briefings to customers, stakeholders and senior leaders
- Previous experience in enterprise risk management, internal audit, or compliance

Description（岗位职责）
- Develop and implement compliance tools and automation leveraging a variety of available tools (PowerApps, Logic, Azure DevOps, Kusto) to help create efficiencies for the Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) program.
- Develop a program dashboard for the GRC program to track audit issues, risks, compliance status to communicate status of the program to leadership
- Design and implement technical solutions to increase efficiencies of GRC program while overseeing the overall development lifecycle of all compliance tools that will be developed and rolled out for the organization
- Assist in building, maintaining and optimizing automation processes for ServiceNow GRC
