At Meta Reality Labs, we’re building devices and experiences that make people feel closer. This includes product groups for Virtual Reality (VR), Augmented Reality (AR), Home & Work, and the Metaverse, along with research and development labs and artificial intelligence teams.
The Global Head of Creative for Reality Labs will lead our entire global creative and design team. This leader will cultivate a vision for Reality Labs creative, define and evolve the creative vision for the Metaverse and support a high-performing, world-class creative team to do the best work of their careers.
Our ideal candidate will be a digital-forward creative leader who can guide the development of brand platforms that can be scaled across all of our global markets. They will be a visionary and coach with proven experience while empowering, inspiring and growing the careers of creative teams.
15+ years experience in a creative leadership role, building consumer brands globally
Experience recruiting talent and developing creative teams
Experience across the full palette of creative expression: traditional, digital, mobile, social, retail and experiential
Experience collaborating with global cross-functional partners
Experience partnering with and influencing Chief Marketing Officers and other executive stakeholders
Define and lead the creative vision for Reality Labs across brand, marketing and design
Define and evolve the creative vision for the metaverse
Elevate the caliber of Reality Labs’ creative work across all channels, including our own platforms
Inspire, enable, energize and coach a world-class creative team, and cultivate a creative culture of innovation
Demonstrate advocacy for major campaigns, creative innovation and new initiatives
Work cross-functionally and company-wide with consumer marketing, product marketing and creative teams across Meta, balancing the needs of executive stakeholders and breaking down complex narratives into simple, compelling ideas
Experience developing/leading creative for experiential marketing
Experience collaborating with or working on a product team
Experience leading with vision, purpose and innovation
