Summary（岗位介绍）
RL’s Technical Program Management team is looking for a detail-oriented, high-energy Engineering Project Specialist (EPS) to assist our silicon program management team. The preferred candidate is a motivated & systematic individual who can confidently organize, prioritize issues, track details and has a passion for learning new concepts. You will be responsible for coordinating Silicon builds and generating dashboards to track status in automated fashion.
Qualifications（岗位要求）
Experience with portable consumer electronic devices and their life-cycles.
Experienced in setting up project schedules and work breakdown structures.
2+ years Program Analyst experience or related work experience.
Bachelor’s degree in Science, Engineering, Business, or related field OR Associate’s degree.
Description（岗位职责）
Assist Technical Program Managers on tracking ASIC/SOC (system on chip) program deliverables/milestones, project estimation, planning, schedule, resource estimation and material planning/tracking activities.
Generate dashboards to track SOC metrics during the design phase.
Automate program status reports.
Developing and managing processes, procedures, and tools designed to increase the productivity of a project.
Supports process compliance by following best practices and procedures.
Additional Requirements（额外要求）
Demonstrated leadership on cross functional projects across Hardware, Software or Silicon.
Skilled at using Microsoft applications (MS Office including Word, Excel, PPT, MS Project and Visio), strong computer expertise, and the knowledge to learn new applications and technologies rapidly.
Knowledge of SharePoint, JIRA, Microsoft Project Planning, Tableau, and program management tools.
Experience understanding and working with technical concepts.
Excellent communication skills, and the knowledge to operate in team environments.
EE/ME technical background.
