Reality Labs (RL) is looking for an exceptional leader to take on the role of Head of VR Retail Channel Marketing for Europe. This exciting and crucial new role will be responsible for driving and delivering our VR go to market channel strategy with European retail partners such as Argos, Dixons, FNAC, MSH and Amazon. Reporting to the Head of Retail Channel Marketing for Europe, this experienced channel leader will be responsible for and oversee all retail/channel marketing budgets, experiential programs, customer acquisition and retention, and measurement while continually improving our toolset and processes to meet our goals. This role requires a seasoned leader who can work on multiple axis. 1. Recruit/coach a team of marketing managers and cross functional teammates. 2. Build the future VR go-to-market channel strategy and organizational structure. 3. Work with cross-functional teams to align on strategy and long-term vision. 4. This leader will also dive into the hard work and roll up their sleeves in order to support their team’s mission. 5. Finally, this leader will push the boundaries to deliver the best retail/consumer experience for our products and will live the values and culture that is Meta. Successful candidates at RL lead with influence before title and communicate easily across functions and levels of the team. You will need to be at home in a fast-paced environment with democratized information and working across Meta Product Management, Product Marketing, Marcom and our Design teams and at the same time, working with our customer’s cross functional leadership teams.

Qualifications(岗位要求)

10+ years’ experience in a European Retail leadership channel marketing role. Candidates should have a demonstrable record of achievement with a consumer technology brand

10+ years’ experience in building go-to-market strategy, planning and execution across online and traditional retail channels while managing large channel marketing budgets.

10+ years’ experience working directly with European online retail partners with demonstrable knowledge of key advertising metrics and programs. CPC (Cost per Conversion), CPA (Cost per Acquisition), LTV (Lifetime Value) and ROAS (Return on Advertising Spend) as examples.

4+ years experience managing teams of individual contributors that deliver on large-scale initiatives that have cross-functional or cross-regional impact.

10+ years experience and clear understanding of how retailers measure and manage their businesses.

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Economics or related.

Description(岗位职责)

Develop go-to-market retail channel marketing strategy in concert with our VR Category and Product Marketing teams. Focus on building programs that optimize awareness, trial and conversion and retention of VR intenders and VR users.

Lead, recruit, develop and manage a team of channel marketing managers that work in concert with our strategic sales account managers in accomplishing channel specific goals for Meta VR hardware and software.

Lead & execute marketing and merchandising initiatives with EU retail partners within agreed upon budgets and KPIs.

Continuously measure, manage and optimize marketing programs to drive efficiency recommending tools development and processes as necessary to achieve these goals.

Management and oversight of EU channel co-marketing budget, focusing on performance and delivering against agreed upon metrics.

Present key marketing programs to retailer partners, executives and business development teams.

Manage content & campaign activities across retailers ensuring our content meets brand standards and is in service of overall Meta strategy.

Always be innovating and partnering. Identify new channel marketing opportunities in EU and in partnership with other RL geographic leaders and position these opportunities for review to drive to a decision.

Coordinate and manage marketing elements of regularly scheduled marketing reviews e.g. (Quarterly Business Reviews) including regional share, context & performance across our business channels and partners.

Deliver and receive candid feedback on both sales/marketing metrics and personal performance.
