We are seeking an innovative Research Engineer with experience in organic solid-state materials and processes. We are looking for innovators and system thinkers to discover solutions to complex problems, and design and implement processes to enable functioning components and modules.
Qualifications(岗位要求)
Master’s Degree in Physics, Chemistry, Material Science, Polymer Science, Electrical Engineering, Optics, Chemical Engineering, or related STEM field.
5+ years lab experience in one of the following areas: organic solid-state physics, organic crystal engineering, plastic engineering, organic opto-electronics, organic semiconductors, film processing.
5+ years lab experience in material and process characterization.
Description(岗位职责)
Collaborate with a diverse team of computation, optics, chemistry, materials science, solid-state physics, and ME/EE researchers to approach optical solutions from new angles.
Own the strategy from ideation to development of processes for organic solid-state materials. Able to move fast with attention to details and come up with solutions following best practices.
Own the strategy from proof-of-concept to manufacturing. Collaborate with extended teams to identify and develop critical industrial and research partners to develop and scale novel technologies.
50% or more time expected in the lab to build your vision of the future.
Additional Requirements(额外要求)
PhD in Chemistry, Physics, Material Science, Polymer Science, Electrical Engineering, Optics, Chemical Engineering, or related STEM field.
Demonstrated problem-solving capabilities for complex problems.
Highly collaborative in a cross-group and cross-culture environment.
Proven track record of success in taking technology from early concept to prototyping and early production.
Experience in one of the following areas: semiconductor front- and back-end process, nano-fabrication with a broad range of materials, (organic) transistor, display module, photonics, and optical module. Demonstrated experience in process equipment design.
Broad knowledge of processes in organic/inorganic materials and applications.
