The Meta Reality Labs (MRL) Business Enablement Team (BET) Project Management Office (PMO) has the responsibility of enabling capabilities to create a foundational and scalable business – from end-to-end from research, prototypes to the movement of mass production products through supply chain to customers. This organization requires planning and executing large, cross-functional programs to bring new supply chain capabilities to life and enable new market entry. The various functions the team serves include Supply/Factory/Fulfillment Planning, Customer Operations, Order Management, Sourcing, Forward and Reverse Logistics, Trade and Compliance, Customer Service and Product Development Process.

We are looking for a Program Manager in delivering end to end solutions from people, process, and systems perspective. Partner with extensive cross-functional (XFN) teams within the organization (including: tax, trade, finance, procurement, security, legal, IT, trade ops) to enable capabilities to scale the business in a sustainable way.

Qualifications(岗位要求)

10+ years of proven experience initiating and executing highly cross-functional projects and programs including technical application solutions

5+ years experience in Agile and hybrid methodologies to deliver technology and business solutions on time and on budget

3+ years in Supply Chain Operations experience (i.e. planning, sourcing, customer ops, logistics, trade, reverse logistics, customer support)

3+ years of Organization Change Management experience

Proven cross-functional communication skills both in a matrix and with outside partners. Experience in effectively persuading, influencing, and leading extensive cross-functional (XFN) workshops

5+ years experience conducting process improvement assessments and implementations and driving qualitative and quantitative improvements

5+ years of tools experience – Project/Portfolio Mgmt. Tools (e.g. Asana, Jira), Dashboard tools (e.g. Tableau), Advanced Excel & PPT, Google Docs

Proven indirect leadership experience including coaching and teaching skills

Proven understanding end-to-end business process, operations and identify and understand issues, risks, and opportunities

Experience connecting the dots from strategic planning and building a portfolio to projects and benefit realization and communicate, support and maintain the methodology to manage new capabilities and strategies

Experience in handling ambiguity and can be flexible in approach

Description(岗位职责)

Initiate projects by working with broad cross-functional or functional team members to develop business cases and gathering stakeholder support.

Work within an agile delivery methodology to develop and support sprint planning, reviews and retros and develop cross-functional project plans, including partnership with technology teams, vendors, and leaders.

Plan and lead cross-functional workshops as it related to project deliverables and improve processes and leverage organizational expertise & bandwidth. Manage outputs to drive business project results.

Work with Cross-functional Partners to deliver projects from initiation through close within supply chain and strategic sourcing and manufacturing operation functions.

Implement program & change management frameworks, processes, and templates “right-sized” for speed, scale, and seamless implementation within the Agile methodology through project cycle: design, plan, implement, stabilize, transition, close, and after action.

Lead with change management thinking and incorporate into project plans through the life of the project including communications, understanding change impacts, road shows and training.

Foster broad cross-functional collaboration and alignment to drive communication, integrated planning, and execution. Leverage organizational expertise and bandwidth.

Conduct process improvement initiatives as it related to project scope. Ensure sustainability in new processes.

Ensure development of relevant deliverables around current and future state processes, execution playbook, templates, etc.

Master’s Degree (MBA, MA)

Consumer electronics industry experience

PM/LEAN/Change Management certification preferred (e.g. CIPM, PmP, PgMP, PfMP, ADKAR)
