Qualifications（岗位要求）
Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent
6+ years of work experience in the wireless industry
Experience in consumer electronics RF system level validation process and methodology (e.g. for NR/LTE/Wi-Fi/BT/GPS)
Working knowledge of RF Tx and Rx parametric from system level to component level
Experience with lab equipment including e.g., VNA, signaling box, spectrum analyzer, power meter, RF filter, RF switcher etc.
Description（岗位职责）
RF systems validation engineers are responsible for delivering results from one or multiple areas of RF testing including RF KPIs, transmitter characterization, receiver characterization, multi-radio coexistence and de-sense testing, carrier acceptance RF testing, RF regulatory testing. Some of the tasks in this role include:
Defining and building RF validation infrastructures
Creation and Execution of RF validation plan, documentation of RF validation results
Reviewing, analyzing and presenting test results and issues to management and cross functional teams
In-depth debugging and failure analysis for RF related issues from lab and field, proposing mitigation plan
Additional Requirements（额外要求）
Master of Science degree in Electrical Engineering
9+ years of work experience in consumer electronics wireless industry
Experience with critical multi-radio coexistence scenarios and user impact, hands on skills of RF coexistence conducted and OTA test station setup, test plan creation, test execution, issue debug/mitigation
Experience working with OEM/JDM on RF coexistence station bring up, data collection, issue debugging and familiarity of manufacturer assembly, test flow, RF calibration
Experience 3GPP/IEEE802.11/BTSIG standards
Experience of sub-system de-sense test
Experience in automation scripting with Python/C/C++
Experience with cross functional team communication and collaboration
