At Meta's Reality Labs we move a lot of prototype devices, parts, components and more between engineers, factories and labs located at different parts of the globe. As we scale our hardware lineup to make our augmented and virtual reality technology ubiquitous, logistics will continue to be important to Meta's future. As a Technical Project Manager for Device Logistics, you will focus on transforming our secure logistics operations and building vertically integrated software tools to enable talented engineers from different parts of the world to have instant access to our IP hardware in a highly secure way.
Qualifications(岗位要求)
4+ years working in Supply Chain, Logistics, Distribution, or similar field
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, MIS or relevant field
3+ years working in a Cross Functional role
Ability to develop, implement, manage and communicate KPI programs up and down the org
Advanced Microsoft Office skills
Gathered requirements to build ERP systems, including TMS or WMS modules
Dynamic approach to problem solving
Excellent interpersonal skills
Strong communicator both written and verbal
A team player that will jump in the trenches when the business calls for it. This can include hand delivering units to colleagues during peaks
Description(岗位职责)
Managing warehouses storing high security Intellectual Property
Following and improving Security protocol
Implementing Inventory control processes and systems
Global Supply Chain and Inventory management
White Glove Distribution to internal and external users
Management of internal assets and drivers
Management of a large and growing team of Contractors and vendors
Overseeing external carriers and 3PLs
Planning out execution of new products and roll out of different stages of the product lifecycle
Conduct requirements analysis and research, applying structured critical thinking to evaluate business requirements and possible process and technology solutions
Support analytical projects and data visualizations
demonstrate a data-driven approach to driving and overseeing new feature/tooling development
Conduct detailed investigations on reported bugs, verifying steps to reproduce and validating fixes across different software environments
Write development tickets, conduct user acceptance testing, define scenarios and contribute to release notes/roll out and broader communications
Collaboration with cross functional partners and internal stakeholders across many time zones

Worked in Consumer Electronics
Security background or exposure
Basic SQL knowledge
Worked as a PM to structure supply chain business problems, and collaborated with designers to build wireframes and prototypes to test hypotheses.
