Meta Reality Labs is looking for an exceptional Channel Marketing Manager to take on the role of Channel Marketing Manager, North American Distribution & Regional accounts. This exciting and important role will be responsible for driving our channel marketing strategy & execution with North American retail partners like GameStop, AAFES, NEXCOM and Synnex. Reporting to the Director of Retail Channel Marketing for North America, this experienced channel leader will be responsible for and oversee all marketing operations including retail/channel marketing budgets, experiential programs, customer acquisition and retention, and measurement while continually improving our toolset and processes to meet our goals.
This role requires an experienced channel marketer that has demonstrable success managing channel marketing activities and OpEx investments with top retailers in NA. This experienced channel marketer will push the boundaries with creative and innovative ideas to deliver the best retail/consumer experience for our products.
Successful candidates at Meta lead with influence before title and communicate easily across functions and levels of the team. You will need to be at home in a fast-paced environment with democratized information and working across Meta Product Management, Business Development, Marketing, and Operations teams and at the same time, working with our customer’s cross functional leadership teams.
Qualifications(岗位要求)
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Economics or equivalent field
5+ years of experience in a Retail Channel Marketing role
5+ years experience in building go-to-market strategy, planning and execution across online and traditional retail channels
5+ years experience working directly with online retail partners with demonstrable knowledge of key advertising metrics and programs: CPC (Cost per Conversion), CPA (Cost per Acquisition), LTV (Lifetime Value) and ROAS (Return on Advertising Spend) as examples
Experience and clear understanding of how retailer partners like Best Buy, Walmart, Amazon and Target measure and manage their businesses
Experience of achievement and success working with a consumer technology brand
Experience on Gross Margin Return on Investment (GMROI), inventory turns, etc.
Experience with presenting both in person and through expression
Proven understanding of retail marketing levers that drive traffic in-store and online
Experience working with retail partners building in-store experiences through permanent fixtures, temporary displays, staff training and education
Description(岗位职责)
Develop go-to-market North American retail channel marketing strategy in concert with our Oculus Category and Product Marketing teams
Focus on building programs that optimize awareness, trial and conversion and retention of (insert Category)
Lead & execute marketing and merchandising initiatives with NA retail partners within agreed upon budgets and KPIs continuously measure, manage and optimize marketing programs to drive efficiency recommending tools development and processes as necessary to achieve these goals
Oversight and management of channel co-marketing and OpEx budget, focusing on performance and delivering against agreed upon metrics
Present key marketing programs to retailer partners, executives and business development teams
Manage content & campaign activities across retailers ensuring our content meets brand standards and is in service of overall Facebook strategy
Always be innovating and partnering
Identify new channel marketing opportunities in NA and in partnership with other Meta Reality Labs geographic leaders and position these opportunities for review to drive to a decision
Coordinate and manage marketing elements of regularly scheduled marketing reviews e.g. (Quarterly Business Reviews) including regional share, context & performance across our business channels and partners
Deliver and receive candid feedback on both sales/marketing metrics and personal performance

MBA Global retail experience (outside of North America)
Experience with new business technologies that have changed the way human beings work and socialize e.g. Uber, Nest, Apple iPad
