Qualifications（岗位要求）
Experience managing projects across departments, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams.
3+ years of studio or office experience in which you performed similar duties.
Experience solving problems proactively.
Possesses judgment and analytical skills.
Effective communication skills.
Experience working with confidential information and documentation.
Experience working accurately and handling multiple priorities.
Experience with MS Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint) and Google Apps. (Docs/Sheets).
Description（岗位职责）
Support day-to-day activities that enable business processes and functions on the Ops team to run smoothly.
Build strategic relationships and manage communication and alignment across multiple cross functional teams.
Work closely with the Head of Operations to ensure the employee experience remains consistent.
Assist with the management of daily operational activities, as well as long-term initiatives.
Responsible for supporting policies, by enforcing procedures and standards to guide the operation of the studio.
Partner with Production and Legal on vendor contracts, assessments, and onboarding.
May assist in organizing meetings, conferences, team building, and special events logistics, onsite & offsite/virtually.
