Summary（岗位介绍）
Reality Labs focuses on delivering Meta’s vision through Augmented Reality (AR) and Virtual Reality (VR). The compute performance and power efficiency requirements of Virtual and Augmented Reality require custom silicon. The Silicon team is driving the state-of-the-art forward with breakthrough work in computer vision, machine learning, mixed reality, graphics, displays, sensors, and new ways to map the human body. Our chips will enable AR and VR devices where our real and virtual world will mix and match throughout the day. We believe the only way to achieve our goals is to look at the entire stack, from transistor, through architecture, to firmware, and algorithms.
You will be part of the End-to-End (E2E) Systems and Infrastructure team at Reality Labs Silicon. Your work will focus on building and scaling software infrastructure that powers the silicon development experience from research to production.
This is a full-time position.
Qualifications（岗位要求）
Currently has, or is in the process of obtaining a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, relevant technical field, or equivalent practical experience. Degree must be completed prior to joining Meta.
4+ years experience in Linux operating systems.
4+ years of experience in bash/Python scripting.
Experience learning software, frameworks and APIs.
Experience in UNIX and TCP/IP network fundamentals.
Experience in configuration management tools such as chef/ansible.
Understanding of OS provisioning and troubleshooting.
Knowledge of server hardware setups.
Description（岗位职责）
Support the server hardware/software infrastructure for all phases of SoC development – including setting up a lab from the ground up and working with cross-functional teams to expose lab prototyping/emulation devices for distributed workloads.
Automate hardware/software installation and configurations.
Provision OS image and network configurations on multi-user-login servers (Linux/Windows boxes).
Streamline reliable software deployment, test execution, and data analysis for on-device continuous integration.
Additional Requirements（额外要求）
Knowledge of the silicon development cycle.
Experience with FPGA and hardware evaluation boards.
