Facebook’s Reality Labs team is shaping the future of consumer electronics in the emerging Augmented and Virtual Reality industries and the game-changing Meta products. As a Global Training Lead in the Reality Labs team, you will help bring next generation hardware and experiences to life through our Field Services team supporting Meta’s sales efforts.

The Field Services team provides the Reality Labs team with support on training, learning and knowledge experiences in the last three feet of the retail sale through third-party labor. Aiming to create and deliver enriched learning and onboarding experiences through a variety of interactions from instructor led training (ILT), eLearnings, and knowledge management. This is all done in support of our retail sellers in partner, distributor, emerging and growth markets.

The Field Services team is seeking a Global Lead with strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills. In this role, the Global Training Lead will lead a team of instructional designers and program managers to achieve operational excellence in our global training and sales efforts supporting and enabling the work of Third-Party Labor Organizations. They will also partner with Field Marketing Team and Operations Lead counterparts in effort to create a cohesive and data driven program where Learning and Quality is seamlessly integrated into each of the teams we support. Candidates will have experience in Learning/Training, people management, and experience working on an operations team. They will need to work cross-functionally with various stakeholders on a global team while exercising their ability to ruthlessly prioritize training efforts in a dynamic and fast paced environment.

Qualifications(岗位要求)

5+ years experience in the area of training and/or learning in operational field sales organizations

Experience working on a learning team that executes design, development, delivery, and evaluation

Understanding of training and learning fundamentals in the context of global operations (including outsourced operations)

Experience or familiarity with delivering training programs through outsourced vendor partners

Experience developing processes and standards that enable operational field sales efficiency through training

Experience with research and planning learning strategy identification, implementation, and execution

Experience developing clear metrics to measure the impact of training programs

Description(岗位职责)

Lead strategic learning team responsible for training design, delivery, measurement, and ongoing maintenance

Serve as the primary point of contact for internal teams and multiple outsourcing sites for learning – representing and prioritizing the training opportunities and needs within Reality Labs Field Services

Leverage data to identify training optimization opportunities that enable efficient and effective operations through learning

Facilitate communication of program and business updates to internal partners to enable learning development, maintenance, and planning

Hold partners accountable for partnership in training, negotiating timelines against bandwidth and optimizing for efficient delivery of work

Maintain internal and external partner accountability, ensuring that cross functional stakeholders are accountable to all training processes developed in partnership

Build internal community for Field Services team (Drive inclusion, onboard new employees, and connect people on your team with new opportunities

Provide regular performance feedback, check-ins and reviews for people on your team and cross functional teams

Coach to increase impact, develop strengths and grow opportunities within the team

Build the teams and skills necessary for long-term growth, both within and outside the organization

Experience applying multiple modalities of innovative learning to achieve results

Experience in managing the implementation of high priority learning projects – from ideation through design, delivery, measurement, and ongoing maintenance

Experience executing continuous improvement into existing training processes, operations and learning interventions

Experience working cross functionally with global teams

Experience managing a team that delivers on multiple projects or programs across regions or business groups

Experience leading instructional designer, project manager and/or training specialists

Experience working with or in support of diverse global operations

Experience problem solving and strategizing
