We are seeking an experienced Digital Strategist to join our Quest Digital Marketing team. In this role, the ideal candidate will possess depth of experience and innate acumen for content planning and storytelling, with proven ability to build off of brand narratives and audience insights to inform persistent omni-channel content strategies that are cohesive yet distinct across owned and operated marketing channels. The ideal candidate can not only identify and leverage digital marketing and audience trends but also create them through groundbreaking digital marketing strategies. They will be fluent across channels such as owned/paid social, web and email marketing, their respective content format types and have proven experience in developing effective distribution strategies across these surfaces. Ultimately, this person will own channel strategies and use data to ensure the right content is on the right platform.
Qualifications(岗位要求)
Bachelor's degree or higher in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations or related field.
8+ years of related experience in marketing, with a focus on digital marketing strategy planning and communications, including an understanding of how marketing and communications strategies and tactics come together to provide measurable results.
Creative with interest and drive to foster innovation in marketing and communications. Experience in managing creative teams and giving strategic direction to steer campaign and always-on content development.
Team-oriented approach, with experience in taking initiative, prioritizing and simultaneously managing multiple projects and tasks while meeting client expectations and deadlines.
Interpersonal and presentation skills.
Demonstrated experience in collaborating and interacting with all levels of management.
Flexibility, adaptability and level of skills with ambiguity and fluid priorities.
Description(岗位职责)
Understand how consumer expectations and behaviors intersect with business and brand priorities, identifying compelling experiences that sit at the intersection of the two to drive target outcomes.
Turn research learnings into tangible and actionable insights that stretch thinking and point to new digital marketing opportunities and content frameworks.
Be comfortable generating insights and ideas on your own but be equally excited to roll up your sleeves and get the work done with a multidisciplinary team.
Advise on content development in a hands-on way, focusing on initial strategy with check-ins throughout the production cycle to ensure strategy is adhered to.
Active engagement with established, emerging and non-traditional communications avenues and outlets, including but not limited to platforms, partnerships and branded content.
Translate strategic recommendations into actionable ideas and easily usable frameworks and toolkits, with a sense of the organizational shifts required.
Collaborate with digital marketing managers on the planning and management of cross channel editorial calendars.
Working with metrics and analytics team, review and make recommendations for content or channel optimizations or gaps based on activities like audits, testing, benchmarks and other types of analysis.
