We're looking for a strong experienced TPM with a proven track record of raising the quality bar. The individual would develop scalable tools and processes to increase adoption and efficiency of engineering practices via new initiatives and pilots across the org. Ability to challenge the status quo, to propose scalable processes and to get alignment across multiple stakeholders is a must.
Qualifications(岗位要求)
7+ years’ experience as a technical program manager/QA manager working in a cross-functional software development/QA environment, having delivered end to end pilots and optimization solutions.
Driven engagement and improvements for multiple KPIs, including helping out in creating relevant dashboards for leaders and stakeholders to remain informed.
Deep understanding of different quality measures and guardrails impacting multiple SW and HW teams.
Track record of driving through ambiguity while being dynamic and flexible to customer feedback and changes in priority/direction
Strong analytical and negotiation skills in combination with excellent written and verbal communication abilities. Excellent communicator who can translate high-level goals into tangible action plans, and vice-versa.
B.S. in Computer Science or a related technical discipline, or equivalent experience.
Description(岗位职责)
Work cross-functionally to develop best quality practices and tools and drive impact through deployment of those processes and tools across the organization.
Drive execution, visibility and accountability for the continuous improvement platform in the organization.
Establish expertise in automation tooling releases, becoming the go-to escalation point for execution, leader for driving visibility across the platform, and orchestrator for managing the integration across partner teams.
Work with teams to set milestones, communicate project statuses, and identify/address potential setbacks, cutting through ambiguity and driving clarity.
Drive excellent and timely project documentation. Documentation should be complete, current and available for staff and leadership review.
Engage with partner and cross-functional teams to identify constraints, dependencies, risks/issues, and to deliver tooling adoption.

Experience leading quality improvement and optimization efforts for big organizations while developing and shipping quality dashboards with potential widgets for further scalability.
