Our Reality Labs (RL) organization brings together world-class experts to develop and ship groundbreaking products at the intersection of hardware, software, and platform. We plan to release multiple products over the next few years. In particular, we are building technologies or seemingly impossible products that define new categories that advance Meta’s mission of bringing the world closer together.

We’re seeking an Insights Strategist to join the RL Marketing Insights team. You should excel at crafting polished outputs (reports, white papers, visuals) – turning something that looks good into something that looks great. You’re excited by leveraging a variety of insights and data points from different sources to triangulate into recommended strategies that drive the business. You’re inquisitive – and a natural storyteller who thrives in environments that allow you to create, challenge, and innovate from the ground up. The ideal candidate will have proven hands-on experience as a research practitioner and leader, a hunger to drive significant business impact/outcomes, and an interest to remain deeply engaged in the execution of work. The ability to create strong cross-functional partnerships with marketing and product teams is critical, and a passion for helping people learn and get inspired towards action is critical.

This role will be working from home until offices are reopened, but travel (after September 2022) may be required up to 5% of the time.

Qualifications(岗位要求)

At least 8 years of experience in a Consumer Insights role with a background in technology or consumer electronics

Demonstrated high level of skill in communication, including creation of assets like visual reports, white papers, and other outputs that synthesize across a variety of data sources

Experience engaging with product, marketing/communications, and other researchers like UXR and Data Science, thorough understanding of tradeoffs between different methodologies and data sources

Proven experience leading a large team of high performers, strong ability in building relationships

Proven track record of translating data/insights into specific business recommendations/actions that drive marketing strategies and plans at both brand and product levels. Confidence, comfort, and familiarity in driving discussions with senior stakeholders

Respectful when challenging assumptions, and can give and receive feedback with equal grace

Description(岗位职责)

Lead the team in efforts to create a consistent, creative, and engaging Voice of the Customer communication plan

Create an innovative, proactive strategy to communicate customer insights across the organization, and execute the plan on an ongoing basis in an innovative and engaging format

Translate our customer data to easily digestible visuals or graphics for the broader organization, creating a crisp customer story

Develop a deep understanding for the broad array of customer and competitive research and be responsible for communication of key learnings and insights

Create visually stunning content to showcase and highlight key insights and convey the strategic customer story

Be an advocate for our customers by understanding trends and thinking about new ways to communicate customer findings outside of traditional reports

Leverage multimedia and host interaction sessions with employees and customers

Develop an approach to systematically share information
