Working with the Mixed Reality Strategy and Operations group you will be part of a centralized team that helps ensure Mixed Reality products and tools meet all our Microsoft and product specific security requirements. We are looking for a highly motivated, mission-driven Program manager to deliver improvements to how our team manages physical and digital assets. The position would be accountable to develop a mature asset management program and oversee asset management of commercial and highly regulated equipment. The asset management PM needs to be a leader that can create and operationalize policies which maintain legal compliance and proper handling of our equipment while ensuring the internal teams are hyper efficient when using them.
Qualifications(岗位要求)
Required
- Must be U.S. Citizen to meet government screening requirements
- 2+ years experience in building and maintaining an asset management program
- 2+ years experience working with Export Controlled (ITAR, EAR-600) equipment and proper handling requirements
- 2+ years hands-on experience developing systems and processes to ensure proper controls and risk evaluation of appropriate use of assets
- 2+ years of direct experience operationalizing government OTA or DFARS contract requirements on handling U.S. Government owned equipment
- Direct experience with tools such as Azure DevOps, Windows Defender Endpoint and Intune, and Microsoft Office Suite.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience building complex project plans and tracking completion, negotiating commitments, and escalating on blocking issues constructively
- Proven communication skills and ability to understand the value and drivers behind adjusting style and tone for a given audience, including technical and non-technical peers across the company
- Proven ability to work through ambiguity and drive to help inform and educate others on physical security and sensitive asset management
- Have strong planning, organizational, time management and judgement skills
- Confident and skilled in preparing and delivering presentations and briefings to customers, stakeholders and senior leaders
- Previous experience in enterprise risk management, internal audit, or compliance
Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements are required for this role. These requirements include, but are not limited to the following specialized security screenings:

Description(岗位职责)
- Develop and implement a robust asset management program for commercial, export-controlled (ITAR, EAR-600), Government Furnished Equipment (GFE), and ATF regulated weapons
- Design and oversee implementation of processes and procedures to ensure proper handling, auditability, and accountability for assets
- Design and implement technical solutions to improve asset management including RFID, tracking tools, etc
- Perform assessments and audits of internal customers to ensure they are properly handling equipment
- Oversee shipping and receiving of U.S Government owned and regulated equipment
- Develop a program dashboard and regular communication channels to communicate status of program to leadership
