Summary（岗位介绍）
We are looking for a skilled and motivated research science manager to join our team, whose mission is to support and advance our glove tracking program. We are specifically looking for a candidate with experience in sensor design, estimation algorithms, machine learning, computer vision, digital signal processing, and software engineering. More broadly, the chosen candidate will work with a diverse and highly interdisciplinary team of researchers, engineers, and designers, and will have access to cutting edge technology, resources, and testing facilities.
Qualifications（岗位要求）
8+ years experience with sensor I/O, estimation algorithms, computer vision, machine learning, and software engineering
4+ years experience managing technical teams
Must obtain work authorization in country of employment at the time of hire, and maintain ongoing work authorization during employment
Description（岗位职责）
Lead and manage glove tracking research towards advancing human computer interaction in augmented and virtual reality
Support and manage a team of researchers and engineers
Additional Requirements（额外要求）
Ph.D. degree in computer science, computer vision, image processing, control and estimation or related field
Experience in robotics or sensor fusion
Experience with game engines such as Unreal and Unity
Experience with wearable sensors or novel sensing approaches
Experience using standard software development toolsets such as source control and continuous integration systems
