Summary(岗位介绍)
The primary responsibility of this position is to develop category & channel strategy to drive share, sales, profit and loyalty for our partnership products across our AR glasses portfolio. The Channel Strategy Manager, NA-VR (CSM) is charged with being the day-to-day lead for Meta regarding distribution strategy, cyclical planning, channel operations and promotional planning for the Reality Labs Sales organization.
Qualifications(岗位要求)
BS in Business Management or equivalent experience
7+ years of experience in Category Management, Merchandising, Product Marketing, Channel Marketing, Finance and Analytics or some relevant combination
Experience with hardware, supply chain and multiple channels preferred
Partner-facing experience
Confident communicator, with presentation skills and the experience to present to leadership levels
Experience understanding levers for driving change by channel, share and revenue in the category (e.g. on price, shelf presence, display, feature, promotions, convenience etc.)
Advanced skill with either Google Sheets and Slides or Excel and PowerPoint
Description(岗位职责)
Develop global promotional strategies and programs that drive sales with emphasis on business audiences and the channels through which they buy in coordination with our key sales partner and cross-functional team members
Creates category strategies on a quarterly basis & delivers category guidance to executive teams and cross-functional partners
Aligns core KPIs, measurements and tactics alignment across planned activities on a cyclical basis to support rhythm of business
Leverage sales analytics data to help with prioritization and partner strategies & tactics alignment
Weekly and monthly tracking of the success of the category business by evaluating key indicators as aligned to with key strategic partners
Work with our strategic partners and internal cross functional teams to plan the channel promotions and creates guidelines to optimize sales, profit & improve ROI
Work with our strategic partners Operations and Sales teams to assess inventory allocation and demand planning inputs for seasonality, promotions and channel expansion
Drives strategic category thought leadership internally and with strategic partners at various levels from individual contributors to executives
Deliver executive level understanding and awareness of distribution channel dynamics and strategic partner capabilities regarding the category and Meta AR products within it (the best presenter and storyteller in the company regarding channel dynamics for their category)
Compiles and delivers feedback as the partner to Channel Strategy Manager - Augmented Reality NPI
Travel requirements: <15% Additional Requirements(额外要求)
Master’s degree/MBA
Intimate knowledge of the Augmented Reality space
Experience with multi-channel business, inclusive of consumer electronics retail, commercial, optical and direct to consumer channels across online and B&M sales motions
Experience with P&L management of $50 million plus annual business(es), with at least 3 years of direct P&L accountability/management experience
Experience adapting and supporting the organization through times of change
An entrepreneurial mindset
Experience precisely and proficiently conducting business and data analyses with data driven recommendations for improvements and advancements
Experience building various levels of strong ongoing customer and organizational relationships
