Summary（岗位介绍）

The business enablement team within META Reality Labs is looking for a solution lead with deep functional and operational understanding and expertise in consumer electronics supply chain with an emphasis on global logistics and fulfillment. The candidate must have business and technical systems expertise as it pertains to demand and supply planning, electronics manufacturing, logistics and fulfillment, sourcing and procurement as well as customer service and support. The candidate must be results-oriented, have excellent communications skills and an aptitude for close collaboration with business leadership, operative, as well as product and applications engineering teams.

Qualifications（岗位要求）

10+ years’ experience in supply chain operations

Experience working in high-volume consumer electronics industry and scaling up global supply chains

Experience with Forecast-to-Plan, Order-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay and Issue to Resolution processes

Experience bringing new products to market

Experience using Fusion, SAP or other ERP platforms for supply chain management

Experience with databases and SQL

Experience with EDI solutions, protocols such as ANSI X12 or RosettaNet, transport protocols such as AS2 or SFTP and implementation

Experience working with Trading Partners that manage consigned inventory

Experience building internal and external customer partnerships

Exposure to agile and scrum work management techniques

Communication, creative, critical thinking, problem-solving, planning, prioritization, project management, teamwork and organization skills

Currently has, or is in the process of obtaining a Bachelor's degree in a directly related field, or equivalent practical experience. Degree must be completed prior to joining Meta.

Description（岗位职责）

Define and implement comprehensive global logistics and fulfillment process and system strategies that are sustainable and provide supply chain flexibility and scalability

Contribute to global logistics network strategies by providing comprehensive capability development analyzes and solution development roadmaps to implement goals defined by the strategies

Define functional requirements and develop detailed solution designs to meet operational outcomes that conform to customer and business requirements

Support business partners in drafting business cases for new initiatives

Define solutions that allow for efficient global logistics and fulfillment execution

Develop transportation management solutions to enable optimized global transportation logistics and visibility with fulfillment partners

Facilitate workshops with cross functional teams to gather detailed requirements

Design and Develop solutions that support data analytics best practices for data visualizations and root cause investigation

Document and maintain detailed architectural, business workflow and system process maps

Identify opportunities for process and system optimization near and mid-term and contribute to long range strategic planning

Collaborate with training organizations to develop reference documentation and educational materials for partners and internal resources

Short-term travel, both domestically and internationally

Additional Requirements（额外要求）

Bachelor of Science Degree in Industrial Engineering, Systems Engineering

Six Sigma and/or DMAIC trained

Professional affiliations such as IEEE

Experience with machine learning, AI and machine predictability solutions
