Facebook Reality Labs is building tools that help people feel connected, anytime, anywhere. We are looking for a talent Display and Optics Supplier Quality Engineer to help us to build display and optics components for our AR/VR products.
As part of Facebook Reality Labs Display and Optics Quality team, you will be a key member to work closely with cross-functional teams to manage all quality issues at vendor factories, setup world class quality control plan and quality system, and also deliver world class quality products for downstream. We are working together to create the future.
Qualifications（岗位要求）
Currently has, or is in the process of obtaining a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, relevant technical field, or equivalent practical experience. Degree must be completed prior to joining Meta.
8+ years of hands-on working experience in the high volume consumer electronics industry
Experience working with display and optics related process and quality control
Experiences working on lamination process quality control including hard to hard, soft to hard and roll to roll
Understanding of clean room management, ESD, MSD control
Proven experiences on handling different display technologies for both TFT and OLED
Familiar with DFM (design for manufacture), DFMEA, PFMEA, MSA, PPAP, SPC and sampling plan definition
Description（岗位职责）
Working with Display and Optics Engineering team and Strategic Sourcing team on the vendors selection
Risk assessment and qualification for both product and process of Display module and its components suppliers and also subassembly level manufacturer
Quality plan definition, alignment and execution for the suppliers and subassembly level manufacturer which includes PFMEA, control plan, CTQ processes, correlated inspection and testing between suppliers and subassembly level manufacturer, reliability qualification and monitoring plan, quality reporting, traceability etc.
Working with the engineering team on process development for display and optics modules and their components level part in the development stages
Working with the engineering team to initiate and define display and optics modules cosmetic inspection method and acceptance criteria
Process audit and monitoring display and Optics modules, and their components level part manufacturer for risk assessment and improvement
Leading for quality problem solving and yield improvement for the display and optics modules and their components level part
Proactive quality monitoring system setup for the purchased display and optics modules and components level part in supplier factory
Review and approval of the display and optics modules and their components level part shipping condition and package design validation
Review and Setup measurement SOP and do alignment in the supply chain
Can accept fluent oversea travel (Up to 30%) under high pressure
Additional Requirements（额外要求）
Certified Quality Engineer, Six Sigma Black Belt
Experiences on wafer and semiconductor processes
