We are currently seeking a technologist with expertise in lithographic exposure systems and imaging applications development as well as a passion for technology and innovation to join our team, whose mission is to deliver state of the art Waveguide Technologies for consumer near-to-eye displays at our research and development facilities.
Qualifications(岗位要求)
Masters or a PhD degree in the field of Engineering, Optical Sciences, Physics, or similar with 5+ years of relevant work experience
In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience with 193nm lithographic exposure systems (sources, lenses, masks, stages, etc.) and associated coat and develop processes
Mechanical aptitude and knowledge of mechatronics, optics, vacuum components, semiconductor processes, and relevant software
Experience troubleshooting complicated technical issues
Detail-oriented with proven critical thinking, structured problem solving, and practical application of Design of Experiments (DOE)
Demonstrated experience using computer applications, including data analysis tools, word processing, spreadsheet, and presentation software (e.g., JMP, MATLAB, Tableau, Excel, MiniTab)
Demonstrated knowledge to work effectively and efficiently with diverse teams, inclusive of internal and external partners
Collaborative and dynamic environment mindset
Description(岗位职责)
Collaborate with Design, Integration, Process Engineering and Equipment Engineering to define and develop a lithography technology roadmap to meet our waveguide requirements
Own the definition, selection and vendor development of lithography exposure systems (hardware/software elements, automation, reliability, manufacturability, etc.) to meet the unique imaging requirements of our waveguide technology
Identify gaps between exposure system’s capability and required performance specifications. Work closely with vendor on new feature development to close gaps (including proposing new functions, technical discussion and providing engineering testing and feedback)
In-depth technical engagement with internal stakeholders and the vendor
Drive improvement projects to increase tool’s reliability, availability, productivity and utilization
Maintain a safety-first work environment
Additional Requirements(额外要求)
5+ years experience as a lithography system applications or system development engineer
3+ years semiconductor industry experience
1+ years of industrial experience fabricating optical components for near-eye displays
Direct experience working on developing/debugging first of a kind lithographic exposure tooling for novel applications
Direct experience in performance mapping and development of foundational understanding of limits
Direct experience in root cause diagnostics of unknown/unexpected anomalies
Advanced knowledge of standard nanofabrication technologies including lithography, etch, deposition, cleans, metrology, and materials
