Summary（岗位介绍）
Facebook is seeking a Semiconductor Test Engineer responsible for silicon HVM (high-volume manufacturing) test hardware and test program development. You will utilize your knowledge on both SOC/IC and ATE (Automated Test Equipment) to ensure high-quality and cost-effective test solutions for new ICs.
Qualifications（岗位要求）
Bachelor’s Degree in Electronic Engineering, relevant technical field, or equivalent practical experience. Degree must be completed prior to joining Meta
5+ years ATE test solution development experience in high volume manufacturing of consumer electronics
Familiarity with Digital and Mixed Signal Products
Experience in SOC ATE test methodologies and writing/debugging ATE test programs
Demonstrated experience with C/C++, JAVA or VBA programming languages
Currently has, or is in the process of obtaining a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, relevant technical field, or equivalent practical experience. Degree must be completed prior to joining Meta.
Description（岗位职责）
Support IC characterization, bring up, maintenance and failure analysis through the life of the product on ATE
Develop calibration, verification, characterization and mass production test solutions for wafer, package, module, SIP (system in package) level
Closely work with IC design team, supply-chain partners and external vendors on test coverage, test fixture design and test program implementation
Design and debug ATE test interface and test program
Support cross-functional teams with on-site development activities including planning, bring-up, test and debug
Conduct detailed failure analysis and drive issue resolutions as well as close potential test gaps and correlations issues throughout the supply and manufacturing chains
Own the optimization and improvement of test methodologies to enhance operational efficiency in production, ensure product quality and minimize the test cost
Analysis/interpreting high volume test result. Monitor product introductions to ensure emerging field issues are captured and addressed

Experience with Image Sensor, RF, High Power Product
Experience on Ultra Flex V93000
Experience with optical testing
Knowledge of test fixture such as socket, probe card, load board, docking plate
Experience in firmware deployment and debugging, troubleshooting
Knowledge of socket programming
Familiarity with PMIC Products
Experience with typical system IO and management buses (SWD, JTAG, SPI, SPMI, I2C, UART, MIPI, etc.)
Experience with OTP, trimming, Fuse
Experience of DFT Pattern debug (ATPG Scan, memory BIST)
Knowledgeable in production control processes, data analysis/interpretation, GR&R, Cp/Cpk and correlation analysis
Knowledge of cost structure and efficient test structure
Demonstrated experience in scripting such as Bash, Python or Perl
Experience with version control SVN/Git
