Qualifications（岗位要求）
BS or MS degree in Engineering or equivalent.
9+ years hands on experience driving quality in a consumer electronics environment covering the FATP processes from Incoming to Shipping.
In depth knowledge in quality methodologies with command of tools including statistical analysis, DOE, FMEA etc.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Accept 50% travel frequency.
Description（岗位职责）
Local owner of Product Quality and Quality Systems within the CM factories, experience in high volume consumer electronics manufacturing.
Be responsible for the quality control on the incoming material, in-process including SMT and FATP, outgoing Quality and the RCCA process.
Conduct risk assessment and close loop follow up in the FATP process by collaborating the cross functional team for improvement.
Engage and work with cross functional team during Product Development/NPI stages by providing inputs from quality perspective to improve the Product Design, Assembly, Test and Reliability Performance: Collecting, analyzing, and summarizing the data to make recommendations for manufacturing and product continuous improvement strategy.
Lead the combined teams (Ops, Design, CM) in corrective actions focused on product quality and customer experience improvements. Highly motivated and ability to drive closure of issues across cultures.
Monitor Ongoing Reliability Test results and evaluate potential product quality risk.
Determine Quality KPI’s, quality improvement parameters by identifying statistical methods relevant to manufacturing and product quality inspection processes. Analyze data by completing hypothesis, normal distribution, and process capability analysis.
Develop product Quality Plan, Inspection Procedures, sampling plans by applying attribute, variable, and sequential sampling methods within CM’s and suppliers.
Establish statistical confidence by identifying sample size and acceptable error: determining levels of confidence to drive product OK2Ramp and OK2Ship decision.
Participate in CM and supplier selection qualification process and audit.

CQE certification, Quality System Auditing.
Ability & experience interfacing at all levels of the organization.
Ability to articulate vision, independent decision-making and convey a sense of urgency.
Experience in high volume consumer electronics manufacturing.
Ability to adopt to a diversified, fast moving Cross Functional Team environment.
