We are building the tools and experiences that make people feel closer together. This includes Quest and Portal products, and Augmented Reality (AR).

We are seeking an experienced Web Marketing Lead to join our Quest Marcom squad who is passionate about establishing a best-in-class full funnel web marketing experience. In this role, this candidate will be responsible for leading strategic development and execution of web content programs and experiences that help consumers understand the value VR brings today, and the future we’re building towards. This individual will lead a team of web marketers towards shaping the long-term strategy of our web presence, from content-driven always-on web marketing programs, to performance based acquisition and retention initiatives. Our ideal candidate will fuse strategic insight into consumer behavior, media/technology trends, and culture with industry perspective, creative instincts and business context to guide work and teams. In this role, the candidate will partner closely with Creative (agency & in-house), Web Production and Engineering, SEO, Media, Social, Communications, Integrated Marketing and Analytics — amongst others — to develop innovative web experiences and digital content for a global audience.

Qualifications(岗位要求)

10+ years of experience in website management, driving business impact on a global scale through web experiences at an agency or consumer brand.

Experience in strategic planning and execution for full-scale global web content and feature strategies, including experience design and buy flow optimization.

Experience with the technical aspects of running a website, including analytics, UX, technical and content SEO, domain management, content management system, HTML/CSS/JavaScript, and other web platform tools.

Experience interpreting and deciphering quantitative and qualitative data and distilling the insights that unlock effective and creative marketing platforms and programs.

Experience in leading cross-functional teams of designers, UX, web developers, engineers, and content creators to craft compelling, high-performing web experiences.

Description(岗位职责)

Develop and execute the global web content strategy and related messaging architectures in support of upper funnel Quest brand objectives down to mid-lower funnel conversion optimization strategies for hardware and software experiences.

Develop a comprehensive approach to performance measurement (through campaign tracking, attribution modeling and tag management) of web content, surfacing insights and recommendations to cross-functional stakeholders.

Define processes, standards, requirements, tactics, and resources necessary to execute a best-in-class web content marketing strategy.

Partner, align, and influence media teams to improve efficiencies of paid media campaigns with content experimentation plans.

Lead relationships with internal creative partners and external agencies to create innovative and differentiated digital content.

Manage multiple projects and budgets in a dynamic, fast paced environment.

Additional Requirements(额外要求)

4+ years of people management experience in the web marketing industry.

Experience collaborating within matrixed organizations, working with internal teams and vendor partners to drive cross-functional projects through to success with minimal guidance.

Experience with strategy and technical execution across teams, locations, and organizations, including leadership and non-technical audiences.
