At Meta, we’re developing the future of AR/VR displays. As a R&D Hardware FEOL uLED Integration Engineer, your job will be engaging with key R&D partners and internal teams to develop our current and next gen displays. You will help define requirements and deliverables, schedule and track project progress, as well as running hardware at our R&D partners facility. Ideal team members are adaptable and resilient, eager to approach unfamiliar problems with curiosity and tenacity, and able to find ways to help our research teams be more efficient.
Qualifications（岗位要求）
BS/MS in Materials Science, Electrical Engineering, Chemical Engineer, Physics or a related field or equivalent experience
Experience in III-V semiconductor development or integration (2+ Years)
Experience and understanding in Front End of Line semiconductor processing (2+ years)
Experience in Design of Experiments (2+ years)
Experience in Structured Problem Solving (2+ years)
Extensive knowledge of semiconductor manufacturing processes in general
Experience in at least one of device integration, lithography, etch, or deposition
Description（岗位职责）
Building and managing project plans for Facebooks material being run at partner facilities
Carrying out risk assessment and mitigation for key integration modules
Engage with R&D Partners to understand and drive technical outputs
Designing and implementing experimental work-flows and products at internal and partner facilities
Designing and modifying prototype display technology integration schemes
Expect to travel internationally to other partner sites on a regular basis

Background in LED or micro-LED processing
Background in GaAs and GaN material systems
Excellent communication skills

Tech Transfer Background
Proven technical leadership ability in multi-site situations and at partnership locations
