Summary（岗位介绍）
We are in need of a Technical Program Manager (TPM) who is well versed in wireless design, manufacturing, and test for highly integrated consumer devices. Candidates with experience in any one of the following technologies are a must: WiFi, BT and Cellular. In this role, you will partner with our suppliers, CMs, wireless engineering team, along with other multidisciplinary teams, to explore, develop, and deliver new cutting-edge wireless technologies into the wireless subsystems for AR, VR, Portal, and Wearable products. You will also lead build planning and execution, including establishing requirements & build goals, managing subsystem schedules, and identifying / tracking risks and associated mitigations. You will be responsible for communication of program & build status and risk to key stakeholders and executive leadership. Qualifications（岗位要求）
Fluency in written and spoken English and Mandarin is required
BS in electrical, electronic, or other relevant engineering discipline, physics, or equivalent experience
Experience as an engineering / technical program manager managing hardware programs from concept to mass production
3+ years experience working on HW Module projects
Understanding of phase gate approach to technology development projects
Hands-on engineering program management experience driving system and module level development as an individual contributor (especially in Mainland China)
Experience operating autonomously across multiple teams and projects
Description（岗位职责）
Coordinate build activities from prototype through ramp in collaboration with the APAC engineering and operations teams
Manage NTI/NPI sample deliveries
Effectively communicate build statuses, identify potential risks and setbacks, and develop mitigation strategies
Coordinate with and train suppliers (foreign and domestic) to enforce development schedules, quality and manufacturing processes required during product development (Proto, EVT, and DVT)
Travel within Mainland China with some travel to Asia Pacific region and US
Drive FA/RC/CA activities at suppliers and CMs
Drive antenna and RF interconnect suppliers and CM’s for DFM & build delivery
Coordinate on engineering deliverables, including specifications, design options, and test plans
Create development, delivery, and qualification schedules based on system requirements, technical challenges, lead-times and business needs
Assist engineering and sourcing teams with supplier evaluation and selection
Ensure program documents are complete, current and available for staff and leadership review
Contribute to product development process and best practices for factory management
Additional Requirements（额外要求）
Experience working with CM/JDM/ODM suppliers or key component vendors
Experience and understanding requirements and development flow of building consumer electronics products
Experience with component, module, and subsystem qualification, validation and characterization processes
